Harmony Movement Studio is located at 127 Rockingham Rd, Unit 10 & 11 in Derry, NH

There is plenty of parking right outside the studio.

Come in and find us in the main studio. At the end of the corridor to the right. (Follow the music).

What to bring:

You will be asked to remove your shoes so please bring socks or indoor shoes. No bare feet please.

If you are coming with a baby you might want to bring a blanket for them to sit on. 

Mask Policy:

We are currently NOT implementing a mask wearing policy but you are welcome to wear one if you so choose to.
